Carbon atoms are joined in a long chain via chemical bonds to create carbon fiber. Dry carbon is the BEST carbon fiber material available. Physically, it is 70% lighter than wet carbon, because it makes up the entire product. It has a more distinct pop to the carbon, and a symmetrical weave. Wet carbon is just a tier below dry carbon, and is applied onto a mold, instead of the mold being made of carbon, like dry carbon fiber. You cannot go wrong with either.
