Made-To-Order Manufacturing

At Los Reyes Performance, each forged wheel set and select carbon fiber components are built to order through our global manufacturing partners.

Because of the bespoke nature of these products, all orders enter a scheduled production queue immediately after purchase.

Estimated production timelines typically range between 6-10 weeks, depending on specifications, finish, and current manufacturing volume.

Please note: these timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Global Manufacturing & Logistics

Our products are manufactured internationally to meet the level of quality and craftsmanship our brand stands behind.

As a result, production and shipping timelines may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • International holidays (e.g., Lunar New Year)
  • Factory production schedules
  • Raw material availability
  • Port congestion and customs clearance
  • Global shipping carrier delays

Los Reyes Performance maintains full transparency throughout the process, but is not liable for delays caused by third-party manufacturers or logistics providers.


Order Finalization & Cancellations

All forged wheel and made-to-order carbon fiber purchases are considered final sale.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

This policy reflects the custom-built nature of each product, which is manufactured specifically for the customer's vehicle specifications.

 

Promotional Purchases

Orders placed during promotional events, discounted releases, or limited-time sales are offered at significantly reduced margins.

For this reason, promotional orders are not eligible for partial refunds, financial compensation, or price adjustments under any circumstances, including production or shipping delays.

These events are designed to provide exceptional value upfront.

While delays may occur in rare cases, our team remains committed to delivering a high-level experience.

At our discretion, we may offer non-monetary accommodations such as:

  • Priority order updates
  • Expedited handling when possible
  • Exclusive product consideration
